About the RoleWe are looking for a commercially minded and analytically strong Strategy & Content Analytics Manager to support the growth and development of our Legal News business, including Law360, Law360 Pulse, MLex and Mealey's.
The role combines customer insight, market strategy, competitive analysis and go-to-market execution. The successful candidate will turn research and business data into clear recommendations, business cases and practical plans that help us improve our products and identify new growth opportunities.
Responsibilities- Plan and deliver customer, market and competitor research using surveys, interviews, business data and external sources
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative evidence to identify customer needs, purchasing criteria, market trends and opportunities for improvement or growth
- Support go-to-market strategies for new products, propositions and initiatives, including target audiences, value propositions, positioning, launch plans and measures of success
- Produce competitive assessments that explain how our products are positioned, why customers choose alternative services and where our propositions can be strengthened
- Support business cases, investment and M&A proposals and annual planning by assessing customer demand, commercial opportunity, strategic fit, costs, risks and dependencies
- Translate research into clear recommendations
- Create high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for senior leaders and wider stakeholder groups
- Monitor the implementation and results of agreed initiatives, identifying lessons and recommending adjustments
- Work closely with Product, Editorial, Marketing and Sales the manager will deliver defined strategic projects while supporting broader priorities established by senior leadership
Requirements- Relevant experience in strategy, go-to-market planning, market research, product marketing, commercial analysis, consulting or a related field
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Experience interpreting customer, market or competitor research and translating findings into practical recommendations
- Strong project-management skills and the ability to coordinate work across multiple teams
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Confidence producing clear, senior-level presentations and reports
- Ability to work independently on defined projects, manage competing priorities and maintain close attention to detail
- Commercial curiosity and the ability to bring structure to complex or ambiguous questions
Preferred Skills- Experience in legal information, B2B media, publishing, professional services or subscription-based information products
- Experience supporting product launches, go-to-market programs or business cases
- Familiarity with survey design, customer segmentation and qualitative research

Primary Location Base Pay Range: New York, NY $114,300 - $190,500. U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.Base Pay Range for CO is $95,300 - $158,800. Base Pay Range for IL is $100,100 - $166,800. Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL is $104,800 - $174,700. Base Pay Range for MD is $100,100 - $166,800. Base Pay Range for NY is $104,800 - $174,700. Base Pay Range for New York City is $114,300 - $190,500. Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY is $95,300 - $158,800. Base Pay Range for OH is $90,500 - $150,900.
