  • Fluency in the English language.
  • 2-3+ years of experience with a record of leading teams, collaborating across disciplines, and building trusted client and colleague relationships.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to domestic and international client locations, depending on project needs, with hybrid delivery expected to remain common.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience serving North American electric, gas, or water utilities, or working within a utility across strategy, transformation, operations, technology, or enterprise functions.
  • Knowledge of utility regulatory and investment environments, including the implications of electrification, distributed energy resources, data-center load growth, cybersecurity, affordability, and decarbonization.
  • Experience developing reusable AI-enabled workflows, prompt libraries, or quality-control methods while following enterprise data-security and responsible-AI requirements.
