Minimum qualifications:

The Global Business Strategy and Operations (GBS&O) team is responsible for providing insightful review, perspective and direction on the strategy and operating performance of Google's Global Business Organization (GBO). Our mission is to architect and accelerate the transformation of our Global Business Organization (GBO) and our partners across Ads.The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities
  • Partner directly with GBO and GTM leadership to deliver high-priority strategy projects and manage executive communications.
  • Drive the end-to-end annual planning lifecycle and help shape the agenda for executive meeting cadences.
  • Align business objectives across unique teams, including Finance, PeopleOps, and Communications, to ensure unified execution.
  • Act as both a advocate of existing initiatives and a challenger who introduces fresh perspectives and leads change management.
  • Operate at the center of the business to identify and address challenges and opportunities alongside senior leadership.
