Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, operations, or business strategy.
- 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage across multiple, often time-sensitive initiatives paired with an effective project management mindset.
- Proven ability to work with different team members to design processes and implement strategic projects that solve business problems.

You will help YouTube prevent harm by ensuring that our operations organization operates effectively with the strategy, processes, and insights needed to be successful. Responsibilities- Plan and deliver internal communications, including biweekly leadership newsletter, All Team meetings, and other bespoke communications/presentations.
- Manage team budget processes, including allocations, policy guidance, and utilization.
- Support cross-team programs and initiatives (manager communities, knowledge sharing, global offsite).
- Lead other programs, processes, and special projects in support of Trust and Safety operations priorities.
