Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of operational experience in physical production operations.
- 5 years of experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:- Experience in building, inspiring, and leading distributed, high-performing teams.
- Track record of successfully developing and managing ambitious and operationally complicated projects.
- Track record of operational excellence, and an ability to drive operational improvements.
- Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally, while building stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to motivate both direct reports and cross-functional partners towards a common goal through organizational, communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel 5-10% of the time to meet with team and internal/external partners as needed.
Responsibilities- Hire, lead and manage the North American Digitization Operations team. Provide coaching and career development for individuals on the team.
- Set the goals and direction for the team by outlining goals and objectives for multiple operations staffed via third-party temps/vendors.
- Drive results by tracking key operational metrics, identifying process improvement opportunities and delivering on strategic initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional partners to develop and scale operations.
- Collaborate with leadership in key project governance tasks, including: requirements gathering, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of teams and approval processes.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
