What you'll Do
Manage the annual planning and quarterly budget evaluation cycles for the Adobe on
Adobe consulting organization.
Collaborate with finance on forecasting, budgeting, and headcount planning.
Review and consolidate travel and expense requests, tracking against forecasted spend.
Work with sr. leadership to manage budgets and forecasts.
Coordinate with HR Ops and partner liaisons to source and onboard partner resources.
Act as a liaison between various teams, including finance, customer collaborators, and
product leadership.
Find opportunities for automation and reporting improvements to improve
transparency.
Lead content creation for quarterly all-hands meetings and maintain the Adobe on
Adobe program charter.
Drive interlock agendas and schedule with partners across the ecosystem: Consulting
Practices, product, marketing, finance, etc.
Drive communications of monthly/quarterly Adobe on Adobe communications,
including broad newsletters and executive communications.
Advise Global Delivery Center operations team on staffing and opportunities to build
more alignment between US and India-based consultants.
What you need to succeed
8+ years in strategy, business operations, consulting, or services operations.
Strong financial modeling and planning experience.
Experience supporting delivery organizations or large, matrixed teams.
Ability to influence without formal authority in a matrixed environment.
Clear, confident communicator with executive presence.
Highly collaborative, able to build trust quickly across functions.
Comfortable working in ambiguity and providing a point of view where there are gaps.
Preferred qualifications: Familiarity with Adobe's products is a strong plus.
Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $134,400 -- $245,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $169,400 - $245,300In Washington, the pay range for this position is $156,000 - $225,900
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
