The OpportunityThe GTM organization at Adobe provides business-critical insights through analytics. It ensures multi-functional goal alignment and helps teams advance pivotal initiatives. We focus on aligning company priorities with daily operations and support evolving early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. Within the Digital Media GTM Strategy and Operations team, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and senior leadership. You will manage the operating rhythm, business reviews, and organizational cadences that keep a fast-paced GTM organization aligned and accountable. You will act as a true business partner and execution arm for team leadership, handling core rhythms, planning cycles, and communications that drive daily operations.
What you'll Do- Run business cadences that support a GTM & Sales organization
- Own organizational spend against Finance guidelines, running a monthly cadence with Finance to settle expense management
- Lead the annual HC & Opex planning process for the org
- Manage people operations, owning communications for the organization
What you need to succeed- Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of Business Operations, Chief-of-staff, Consulting, or Go-to-Market experience; Technology experience preferred
- Track record of owning recurring business rhythms - QBRs, all-hands, forecast calls, planning cycles - and driving them independently
- Experience managing budgets or expense processes in partnership with Finance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Displays a high bias for action and ownership mentality: Organized and capable of managing and prioritizing a fast-paced, high-volume workload
- Comfort with ambiguity: Tenacious; stays motivated in the face of challenges; figures out how to remove blockers
Preferred qualifications: Advanced degrees or specific skills in financial management and people operations
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $98,800 -- $202,250 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $139,700 - $202,250
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
