As a Product Manager for Adobe.com, you will help lead and grow the Business Professional Customer group. What you'll Do - Lead marketing led efforts for Business Professional Individual segments (across Acrobat and Express products), handling the entire customer experience from discovery to conversion.
- Define and complete custom merchandising strategies, crafting personalized, intent-driven shopping experiences.
- Define end to end flow of campaign driven experiences, influence product teams to ensure engaging product experience.
- Build and optimize AI-powered systems to present the right products and offers to each user.
- Drive conversion and customer engagement by improving product discovery, evaluation, and purchase flows.
- Collaborate with SEO, GEO, and growth teams to translate inbound traffic into high-performing experiences.
- Leverage AI/ML and experimentation to personalize experiences and optimize funnel performance.
- Lead the product lifecycle and cross-functional collaboration to achieve ambitious goals.

- MBA (preferred) or BA/BS or equivalent experience with 3+ years of product management experience.
- Strong background in marketing-led growth, e-commerce, or merchandising platforms.
- Proven track record in driving conversion, monetization, and optimizing user funnels.
- Experience in building personalized user experiences using data and user intent.
- Familiarity with SEO/GEO concepts and their impact on acquisition channels.
- Technical proficiency and strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and writing product requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaborator management skills.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $105,300 -- $205,150 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $141,700 - $205,150
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
