Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience leading programs across multiple geographies and time zones.
- 10 years of business operations experience, which includes owning key business processes or doing 'chief of staff' types of roles.
Preferred qualifications:- Good understanding or keen interest in LLMs and AGI Safety.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to audiences, including executive leadership.
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced program execution and deliveries.

Responsibilities - Define and execute the annual and bi-annual planning processes while driving the OKR cycle to align key priorities across the thinking, coding, and research areas.
- Lead headcount and budget planning, allocate resources based on priority and organizational strategy, and forecast trends to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement strategies to reduce operational friction, bureaucracy, and waste, while consistently monitoring resource utilization to mitigate bottlenecks.
- Analyze resource management data and perform ad hoc evaluations to uncover trends, optimize performance, and identify targeted areas for operational improvement.
- Manage specialized, technical projects for the VP of technology and coordinate high-visibility executive reviews to deliver clear progress updates
