The RoleWe are looking for a Strategic Events Program Manager to join our Field Marketing & Advocacy team. This is not a logistics role, it is a strategic program ownership role. You will own the end-to-end strategy, design and execution of Addepar's client-facing events: our annual user conference (AddeConf), our executive summits and our community meetup program.
You will help define the strategic intent of each event, set success metrics, build and manage the content agenda, align cross-functional stakeholders and own measurement from attendance to business impact. You'll work closely with Account Management, GTM, R&D, Product Marketing, and executive leadership to ensure each program delivers real outcomes - not just great experiences.
The ideal candidate thinks like a strategist, operates like a program manager, and communicates like a marketer. You are comfortable working with ambiguity, driving alignment across teams, and making data-informed decisions about what makes a client event worth the investment.
Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York. The current range for this role is $94,000 - $148,000(base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.
Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
