Compensation- $85,000 - $90,000 per annum base salary

Responsibilities- Preparing for and attending AGM's.
- Responding to client inquiries and concerns.
- Preparing annual budgets and reviewing financial statements.
- Collecting strata fees.
- Source contractors and coordinate maintenance/repairs.
- Complete work orders.
- Administer service agreements and contracts.
- Site inspections.
- Advise strata council as per the Strata Property Act policies and regulations.
- Coordinate strata insurance claims.
Qualifications- 3-5 years experience as a Strata Manager
- Holds valid strata license
