What You'll Do:
As theEngineering Manager, you'll provide both technical and managerial leadership across the Mechanical group, ensuring successful delivery of projects that shape communities across Ontario.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of mechanical engineers and designers.
  • Manage workloads, project assignments, performance reviews, and professional development.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-accountability team culture.
Technical Oversight
  • Provide technical guidance on mechanical system design for a wide range of buildings and infrastructure.
  • Review and stamp mechanical drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Ensure all designs meet applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
Project Management
  • Oversee mechanical project delivery from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct on-site visits, surveys, and condition assessments as required.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with clients, municipalities, and partner firms.
  • Participate in project meetings, presentations, and proposal development.
  • Support business development initiatives and help identify new opportunities.
Strategic Contributions
  • Contribute to department planning, budgeting, and quality control initiatives.
  • Support long-term succession planning, including future partnership opportunities.
  • Help drive innovation, continuous improvement, and best practices within the mechanical group.

What You Bring
