Store Manager In Training

As a Store Manager in Training, you'll complete a comprehensive training program that prepares you for success in leading a high-performing store.

In this role, you'll learn how to
  • Understand and contribute to achieving key business metrics, including profit and loss, customer satisfaction, execution standards, audit compliance, labour management, and productivity.
  • Anticipate the needs of our customers and put them first in all that you do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of colleagues, building their skills in customer service, product knowledge, merchandising, and operational excellence.
  • Create a positive and inclusive workplace by fostering colleague engagement, development, retention, and a culture of belonging.
  • Build long-term relationships with the community
  • Drive merchandising excellence and operational standards
  • Be accountable for financial objectives
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer service.
  • Partner with the store leadership team to drive people strategies that align with business objectives, company culture, and values.
  • Provide input to the District Manager to help shape business strategy
  • Constantly look out for industry trends, propose and implement unique ideas
  • Build and lead diverse teams that foster a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging
