24/7 for Incidents, Service Requests, Projects, Proactive Monitoring and Reporting. Working in a team environment, as well as, on their own.
Highly skilled working with EMC,& Dell storage frames and Brocade and Cisco SAN switches
essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:-
• Will provide support in storage environment
• Will be responsible for installation, administration, testing, troubleshooting and management.
• Supporting changes in tape library backup systems
• Providing training and education on storage and backup related technologies and system products.
• Performing management of replication software and configuration (e.g., Flashcopy, BCM) and also
Disaster Recovery exercises and managing DR plans.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving storage hardware/software issues.
• Designing and supporting of Storage Administration environments.
• Maintaining and managing disaster recovery setup using various storage management products including DFSMS components, device support facility, backup & restore utilities.
