Position OverviewPantheon Data is seeking a
Standardization Inspector - National Air Training Center who will evaluate operational, maintenance, and training standardization across units.
Responsibilities- Conduct inspections and audits of programs and systems.
- Evaluate compliance with aviation regulations.
- Review safety, maintenance, and configuration systems.
- Support training and curriculum development.
Required Skills and Experience- 10+ years aviation maintenance experience.
- FAA A&P certification required (IA preferred).
- Experience with CAMITS preferred.
- Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

CompensationThe salary range for this position is $100,000 - $190,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
