Full Job Description
Volt is immediately hiring a Staff Program Controls Specialist in Kansas City, Missouri

The Staff Program Controls Specialist is responsible for scheduling, cost control, forecasting, risk management, and performance reporting. You will collaborate closely with project teams to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while supporting client communications and proposal efforts. Responsibilities include assisting with risk reviews, contract and change order management, procurement coordination, and site mobilization activities.

The role also supports project execution through cost and schedule reporting, cash flow tracking, documentation management, subcontractor compliance, materials coordination, and project closeout. Additional duties involve contract administration (RFIs, submittals, claims mitigation), audits, staffing and labor support, and contributing to project execution plans.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field with 3+ years of project controls experience (or equivalent experience)

Strong experience using Primavera P6, including project setup and configuration

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

OSHA 10?hour certification

Pay Range: $45 - $48 per hour,

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
