Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of semiconductor test engineering experience, specifically with Advantest V93000 (93K) in a production environment.
• Hands-on experience with NPI test program development and production release, preferably in automotive.
• Strong understanding of DFT techniques and pattern-based testing methodologies.
• Experience in supporting wafer sort (CP) and final test (FT) processes during manufacturing ramp.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills in parametric and functional debugging during test operations.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to collaborate across various technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and debug 93K test programs for Automotive Ethernet PHY/Switch ICs/Sensor bridge.
• Contribute to the formulation of test strategies, plans, and production release criteria as per automotive quality standards.
• Support silicon bring-up, characterization, and margin analysis efforts.
• Implement DFT-based test content including scan tests and ATPG pattern execution.
• Drive yield improvement and test optimization initiatives while reducing false-fail rates.
• Assist with automotive quality documentation and production change management.
• Conduct investigations for customer returns and collaborate with FA and Quality teams for root cause analysis.
