  • Build and maintain robust, scalable infrastructure capable of handling increasing operational loads with a relentless focus on speed, safety, and reliability
  • Lead the strategy for developer onboarding and remote development environments, reducing time-to-first-commit and making it effortless for engineers to be productive from day one
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to standardize build and CI patterns, eliminate developer friction, and champion high engineering standards across the organization
  • Provide technical mentorship to engineers across the team, conducting rigorous design reviews and establishing best-practice operational guidelines
What you bring
  • Extensive experience designing, scaling, and operating critical developer infrastructure or high-volume build and CI systems in production environments

  • Proven ability to guide complex technical initiatives from conception to completion, aligning technical execution with company-wide objectives
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to advocate for build and CI tooling adoption, drive onboarding improvements, and mentor other engineers
What we offer
  • Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career.
  • Performance-driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching.
  • Best-in-class benefits to fuel your work, including 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents.
  • Lifestyle wallet - a highly flexible benefits spending account for wellness, learning, and more.
