Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with C , large-scale distributed systems, and technical infrastructure.
- Experience with Privacy data handling.
- Experience with data governance frameworks and tools.
Preferred qualifications:- Demonstrated ability to drive change, manage conflict, and ensure policy compliance.
Responsibilities - Develop extensive technical expertise in a broad range of data protection technologies that are deeply relevant to policy compliance (e.g., data annotations, policy enforcement engine, etc.).
- Work with Google infrastructure partners to integrate data protection capabilities to address Google's data protection needs, timely and proactively.
- Design and build foundational infrastructure components that make adopting standardized data protection capabilities scalable, qualifiable and trackable (e.g., building technical solutions in detecting data protection capabilities in a given infrastructure or product).
- Be able to advance and extend the data protection standard to cover emerging Generative AI capabilities without impeding product area launch velocity.
- Integrate data protection posture signals with Google wide risk evaluation platform, which would allow Google to use a standardized common language for systematic technical responses to regulations and obligations.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
