About the job

The rise of AI agents introduces new paradigms and challenges to traditional identity and access management. Unlike human users, AI agents operate autonomously, accessing diverse resources and tools and shifting the focus from "Who has access?" to "What can this agent do and what is it doing?" The potential impact can be obscured across multiple systems and policies, making risk assessment difficult. Furthermore, the proliferation of non-human identities and the velocity of agent actions amplify potential risks while static policies struggle to govern dynamic agent behaviors. Our mission is to provide a unified, secure, and reliable access control foundation for all of Google Cloud Platform (GCP). We are building a platform that allows our customers to confidently deploy complex, multi-agent ecosystems and connect LLMs without compromising their security posture.

Google Cloud accelerates every organization's ability to digitally transform its business and industry. We deliver enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Google's cutting-edge technology, and tools that help developers build more sustainably. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.
