We are seeking a visionary, 'builder-first' Staff Product Operations Manager to architect the future of Mid-Market operations. This isn't about incremental tweaks; it's about a full-scale operational overhaul. You will lead the critical intersection of Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to dismantle manual, messy legacy workflows and replace them with well-orchestrated, AI-driven agents and automated programs. Your mandate is to ensure our product organization moves with unprecedented velocity, shifting from high-intervention manual tasks to autonomous, AI-powered processes that deliver massive customer value.
Responsibilities
The Staff Product Manager, Operations will focus on building the strategic frameworks, architecture, and autonomous AI workflows that power our product engine:
AI Architecting and Workflow Engineering
Architect and deploy AI-driven workflows and autonomous agents to transform manual, fragmented operations into streamlined, well-orchestrated processes requiring minimal PM intervention.
Drive a 180-degree transformation of the product organization, moving beyond incremental improvements toward full operational automation and peak efficiency
Leverage cutting-edge AI tooling and 'vibe coding' capabilities to rapidly prototype and implement solutions that cut through organizational noise, ambiguity, and manual work such as the work to manage and run our Monthly Product Review
Autonomous Launch Architecture & Release Gates
Architect automated systems for cross-functional alignment and launch readiness in partnership with PD, XD, and TPMO
Build scalable, self-serve launch frameworks and automated playbooks that empower Marketing, Sales, Support, and Engineering teams without manual oversight
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) in partnership with PD for product launches and post-launch performance
Build and formalize the strategy and 'Forward Deploy' operational model for deep engagements with accounting firms to co-create and deploy custom AI agents
Automate the end-to-end release management lifecycle, including intelligent tracking through Pilot, Beta, and GA phases, and AI-driven translation of technical descriptions into customer-ready content, in partnership with TPMO
Automated Feedback Loops
Engineer the strategy and AI infrastructure for Early Access Programs, automating the transition of testers into reference customers through intelligent engagement workflows
Deploy autonomous agents to collect, aggregate, and prioritize VoC data from disparate channels, turning feedback into a real-time data stream for product teams
Work with Product Managers to translate customer and operational insights into actionable product improvements and roadmap decisions
Architect scalable, low-manual-touch processes to identify and automate mitigations for high-risk churn signals and customer dissatisfaction
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Product Management, Software Engineering, Product Operations, or a related operational role, preferably in a fast-paced Enterprise-level technology company
Proven track record of defining and implementing operational improvements that have resulted in demonstrable business impact
Deep expertise in the modern AI landscape, with the ability to leverage AI-first tooling (e.g., LLM orchestration, automation agents) to replace traditional, manual product management overhead
Fearless leadership and a builder mindset; someone willing to go against 'the typical Intuit way' to achieve radical efficiency and operational excellence.
Hands-on mastery of 'vibe coding' using LLMs and natural language to rapidly build, iterate, and deploy functional operational tools and prototypes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex operational concepts to executive leadership
