In this role, you'll own critical parts of the practitioner journey, from sign-up through first treatment plan and Assist activation, identifying opportunities to improve onboarding, accelerate activation, and drive long-term engagement. This is a senior individual contributor role with broad scope and high autonomy. You'll partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and cross-functional stakeholders to solve complex customer problems, define growth strategies, and deliver measurable business impact. You'll thrive in this role if you're energized by ambiguity, enjoy building from first principles, and love using experimentation to create exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for practitioner onboarding, activation, and early product adoption.
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding journey, from sign-up through first treatment plan and Assist activation, identifying opportunities to reduce friction and accelerate time to value.
  • Design and deliver product-led growth initiatives that improve activation, engagement, retention, and long-term adoption.
  • Identify key customer journey pain points and use experimentation, behavioral data, and customer insights to drive measurable improvements.
  • Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Data, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout discovery, delivery, and iteration.
  • Lead product discovery by translating ambiguous customer and business problems into clear priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans.
  • Define success metrics and use experimentation, analytics, and customer feedback to continuously optimize the onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to create a seamless customer journey across product and go-to-market touchpoints.
  • Influence product strategy beyond a single roadmap by connecting practitioner needs, business goals, and platform opportunities.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve product discovery, delivery, and decision-making, while partnering with AI-focused teams to thoughtfully incorporate AI-enabled experiences into practitioner onboarding.

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Significant experience owning SaaS onboarding, activation, or product-led growth initiatives.
  • A strong understanding of customer journeys, funnels, behavioral data, experimentation, and growth metrics.
  • Demonstrated success improving activation, engagement, retention, or other key product outcomes through experimentation and iteration.
  • Experience partnering closely with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and customer-facing teams to deliver exceptional product experiences.
  • Strong product judgment and the ability to navigate ambiguity while bringing structure and clarity to evolving problem spaces.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders across Product and Engineering.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve product discovery, delivery, analysis, or decision-making.
  • A builder mindset, you enjoy creating, testing, learning, and improving rather than maintaining the status quo.

  • Experience with product-led growth or customer lifecycle optimization.
  • Experience working in healthcare, HealthTech, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience building AI-enabled or automation-driven product experiences.
