Full Job Description
As a Staff Product Manager for our document and knowledge management product, you will own and drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for a critical platform that powers how legal professionals interact with AI capabilities. This product enables law firms and enterprise clients to securely store, organize, search, and leverage their documents and institutional knowledge within an AI-powered ecosystem.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll directly shape how the world's leading law firms and enterprises organize and unlock value from their most sensitive documents.
What You'll Do
  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap: Develop a compelling product strategy that balances near-term customer needs with long-term platform investments, aligned to transforming legal and professional services through AI.
  • Drive end-to-end product development: Lead cross-functional teams - including engineering, design, AI/ML, and go-to-market - to ship high-quality features from ideation through launch and iteration.
  • Partner deeply with engineering: Work closely with engineering leadership to make technical and architectural decisions, tackle complex problems, and ensure scalable, secure, and performant systems.
  • Champion customer needs: Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Legal domain experts to translate real user pain points into product requirements.
  • Build core capabilities: Lead development of file management, AI-enabled search and Q&A, document extraction, secure sharing across workspaces, and integrations with enterprise document management systems (e.g., iManage, SharePoint, Dropbox).
  • Drive data-informed decisions: Use product analytics and customer insights to continuously measure impact and prioritize the highest-value investments.
  • Operate with ownership: Take real accountability for outcomes - from early thinking through long-term product success.
What We're Looking For

Required:
  • Demonstrated experience owning product vision, strategy, and execution for enterprise software products at a staff or senior PM level
  • Experience leading the development of document and/or knowledge management platforms, ideally for legal or professional services
  • Experience incorporating AI and/or agentic capabilities into product design and roadmap
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and legal/privacy teams
  • Proficiency in user research, requirements gathering, and translating customer needs into clear product specifications
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset with hands-on experience using product analytics tools
  • Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS security, compliance, and data privacy considerations
  • Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York City (or to relocate), with travel as needed
  • Eligibility to work in the United States - visa sponsorship is not available

Nice to Have:
  • Prior experience at a legal tech, AI, or knowledge management company
  • Familiarity with enterprise integrations (iManage, SharePoint, Dropbox, or similar DMS platforms)
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with high expectations
