Full Job Description
Staff Product Designer

We9re looking for a Staff Product Designer to own and accelerate the end-to-end user experience across our Clinical AI products. You9ll drive key product initiatives from whiteboard to launch-partnering closely with engineering, product, clinical experts, and our customers.

What You9ll Accomplish
  • Own end-to-end product design across high-priority features, from rough sketches to polished shipped experiences
  • Deeply understand our users-especially clinicians-through embedded research, shadowing, and feedback loops
  • Drive clarity in ambiguity: partner with PMs, engineers, and clinical AI research teams to shape the roadmap and translate complex workflows into elegant, intuitive UX
  • Build scalable design systems that enable rapid prototyping without sacrificing quality or consistency
  • Mentor designers and influence culture, bringing design thinking into product strategy conversations, critiques, and postmortems
  • Act like an owner: whether it9s improving cross-functional tooling or jumping into front-end polish, you9ll do what it takes to deliver great outcomes

We9d Love to Hear From You If You...
  • Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and take initiative without waiting for direction
  • Have shipped high-impact product design work in technically complex B2B Saas domains
  • Are fluent across the full design stack-research, UX, UI, prototyping, systems-and can pivot fluidly as needed
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners alike (engineers, clinicians, execs)
  • Obsess over the user experience, especially for high-stakes, high-friction workflows
  • Operate with speed, experimentation, and a bias toward action

Why Join Us
  • Transformative impact: Help shape the future of AI-powered healthcare, directly improving clinician and patient outcomes
  • Extreme ownership: You9ll operate with autonomy, influence product direction, and own design from strategy to pixel-perfect execution
  • Frontier AI: Work at the edge of generative AI, deeply embedded into real-world workflows

Bonus Points For
  • Experience designing for clinicians, healthcare systems, or complex enterprise users
  • Hands-on experience with front-end styling or contributing to a design system repo
  • A track record of mentoring other designers or helping shape design orgs from the ground up

Pay Transparency

The base compensation for this role is approximately $220,000 - $260,000 per year, excluding equity or bonus. We9re providing flexibility so you can strike a cash vs. equity balance that works best for you. Our philosophy is to offer meaningful equity so our team shares directly in the value we build.

Are you outside this range? We encourage you to apply - we consider individual needs and experiences.

Location

We are targeting candidates within commutable distance of our San Francisco, CA office for this role.
