Staff Product DesignerWe9re looking for a
Staff Product Designer to own and accelerate the end-to-end user experience across our Clinical AI products. You9ll drive key product initiatives from whiteboard to launch-partnering closely with engineering, product, clinical experts, and our customers.
What You9ll Accomplish- Own end-to-end product design across high-priority features, from rough sketches to polished shipped experiences
- Deeply understand our users-especially clinicians-through embedded research, shadowing, and feedback loops
- Drive clarity in ambiguity: partner with PMs, engineers, and clinical AI research teams to shape the roadmap and translate complex workflows into elegant, intuitive UX
- Build scalable design systems that enable rapid prototyping without sacrificing quality or consistency
- Mentor designers and influence culture, bringing design thinking into product strategy conversations, critiques, and postmortems
- Act like an owner: whether it9s improving cross-functional tooling or jumping into front-end polish, you9ll do what it takes to deliver great outcomes

- Have shipped high-impact product design work in technically complex B2B Saas domains
- Are fluent across the full design stack-research, UX, UI, prototyping, systems-and can pivot fluidly as needed
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners alike (engineers, clinicians, execs)
- Obsess over the user experience, especially for high-stakes, high-friction workflows
- Operate with speed, experimentation, and a bias toward action

Pay TransparencyThe base compensation for this role is approximately $220,000 - $260,000 per year, excluding equity or bonus. We9re providing flexibility so you can strike a cash vs. equity balance that works best for you. Our philosophy is to offer meaningful equity so our team shares directly in the value we build.
