The OpportunityThe Staff Engineer Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) serves as a technical contributor responsible for delivering high-quality I&C engineering solutions on projects of moderate to high complexity.
Functions as a technical specialist or in a lead role. With minimal supervision, applies advanced I&C engineering techniques and analysis for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities1. Engineering & Technical Delivery- Develop and review core I&C deliverables:
- P&IDs, control narratives, cause & effects
- Instrument datasheets, specifications, I/O lists, Instrument Index
- Sizing and selection of inline and offline Instrument Devices
- Control system architecture (DCS / PLC / ICSS / SCADA)
- Mechanical Package Interface Coordination
- Ensure designs meet:
- Project requirements
- Client specifications
- Industry standards and company procedures
2. Project Execution Support- Lead I&C Engineer on mid-size projects
- Discipline engineer on large projects
- Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Electrical, and vendor teams
- Coordinate with other offices for staff coordination
3. Client & Vendor Interface- Interface with clients, contractors, and vendors
- Participates in:
- Technical meetings
- Field visits/FAT/SAT
Management ResponsibilitiesPreferred QualificationsMinimum QualificationsRequires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing.Minimum of 5 years related work experience. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

In accordance with local law, the following Annual compensation range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition: $109,460.00 - $182,800.00
