Pay Range: STAFF EDUCATOR - $32.42 to $51.88
Job Summary:A non-registered nurse Staff Educator develops, implements, and evaluates educational programs to ensure staff possess the necessary skills. They conduct orientation, training, and skill workshops, focusing on enhancing competence, compliance and adhering to evidence-based practices.

Licensure and Certification:• BLS
Education:- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent require
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field preferred
- Specific certifications (like Medical Assistant Instructor, EMT-Instructor or OSHA Safety Certified) may be applicable.
Experience:• 1-3 years of prior work experience developing and delivering training programs.
