Responsibilities- Lead the conversational design of user interfaces and consumer experiences for Applied AI, ensuring interactions are natural, efficient, and follow established conversation design principles.
- Define the persona and voice for Gemini-powered agents, ensuring consistency across various platforms and industry sectors like Commerce, Food/QSR, and Auto.
- Design complex dialogue flows and error-handling strategies that allow agents to be proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of multi-step reasoning.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive conversational scripts and prompts that amplify people's capabilities.
- Apply a systems-thinking approach to conversation, optimizing for AI's probabilistic nature and multimodal capabilities (e.g., transitioning smoothly between voice, text, and visual UI).
