Job Description

Essential functions-essential functions, including how an individual is to perform them and the frequency with which the tasks are performed; the tasks must be part of the job function and truly necessary or required to perform the job.

Job duties to include but are not limited to;
  • Responsibility for maintaining, reconciling, and analyzing assigned general ledger accounts monthly.
  • Lead the financial reporting and accounting activities of subsidiary companies, ensuring compliance with corporate accounting policies and GAAP requirements.
  • Processing of journal entries and adjustments in relation to accounts included above, which will also require working with the Financial Services Department throughout the fiscal month.
  • Support treasury functions including cash management, account analysis, and related reporting functions.
  • Support internal and external audit processes to ensure compliance with policy and procedures
  • Supporting internal controls framework and maintaining internal control documentation in relation to the general ledger

Education and Experience

Education Requirements

Required/Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting required

Years of Experience: 3-5 years

Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • ERP experience, SAP Preferred
  • Intermediate or above User of Excel and Microsoft Office programs
  • Quickbooks
  • Strong analytical skills, motivated, able to meet required deadlines, and detail-oriented
  • The ability to communicate across all levels of the organization

The total compensation for this position ranges from $62,700 - $103,510 /yr (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities of the applicant and the alignment with the internal team & market data). This role offers a competitive Business Profit Plan. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
