SRE Consultant
**Job Title: SRE Consultant** **Location: Phoenix** **Responsibilities:** - Implement Business Support vision and ongoing strategic development. - Product ownership of a single ticketing solution and self-service tooling leveraging ChatGPT. - Implementation and full change management of proposed Business Support process. - Partner with stakeholders to define SLAs, SOPs, etc. - Provide quarterly stakeholder leadership updates. - Facilitate and coordinate AI enablement throughout the process. - Coordinate/project management of select issues to closure. - Manage stakeholder change and track potential workarounds. - Audit and validate feedback loop from issues to training, overview, and FAQ materials. - Conduct issue trend analysis for future preventative action.
