Job Description
• Lead and manage the UX design team to create user-centric design solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups for digital products and services
• Oversee the implementation of design solutions and provide technical guidance to team members
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UX design
• Drive continuous improvement in design processes and workflows.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:
80,000 to 100,000 USD
