- Certification in Data Analytics.
- Demonstrated experience in coding using Python / SQL.
- Financial data / general financial markets concepts are an added advantage.
- Exposure to incident management software / processes (e.g., Dynamics, JIRA, ServiceNow).
- Experience configuring or management incident / project management software/processes.
- Experience developing and maintaining reports/metrics.
- Experience performing Data Testing / QA.
