Your impact

As the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at FMH, you will lead end-to-end recruiting across a broad range of functions and levels while helping the company build a differentiated and highly effective hiring experience. You will partner closely with business leaders to attract exceptional talent, strengthen interviewing capabilities, and ensure every candidate and new employee experiences the best of FMH's culture from first conversation through onboarding.

This highly visible role combines strategic talent acquisition leadership with hands-on execution. You will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, champion a scalable recruiting process, and help build the talent foundation that supports FMH's continued growth.

WhatYou'll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across technical, operational, professional, and leadership positions. Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, clarify role requirements, and develop effective sourcing and selection strategies that deliver high-quality hires.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for both current and future hiring needs. Create compelling outreach strategies, strengthen FMH's employer brand, and develop a candidate pitch that brings our mission, culture, and growth story to life.
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance. Conduct candidate assessments, guide hiring decisions, manage offer recommendations and negotiations, and ensure a professional, engaging, and efficient recruiting process.
  • Strengthen interviewing and selection practices across the organization. Serve as a subject matter expert in behavioral interviewing, develop practical tools and resources, facilitate training, and coach leaders on effective candidate evaluation and sound hiring decisions.
  • Own and continually improve the new hire onboarding experience. Lead orientation programs, partner with leaders to establish onboarding best practices, facilitate successful employee integration, and conduct 30 and 90 day check-ins to support early success and engagement.
  • Help shape company culture and employee experience. Collaborate with HR and leadership teams on initiatives that strengthen employee connection, reinforce company values, and improve the overall employee value proposition through insights gathered from candidates and new hires.
