The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will execute full-lifecycle recruitment processes to source, screen, and close top talent across multiple teams. This role requires a hands-on, goal-oriented self-starter with exceptional speed, situational awareness, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-output environment. You will play a pivotal role in driving daily recruitment productivity and delivering top talent to advance our mission.
What you'll do in the role:
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of passive and active candidates through direct sourcing, proactive outreach, and referrals - moving candidates through efficiently without compromising on standards.
- Act as a thought partner to hiring managers on what 'exceptional' looks like for each role.
- Partner with hiring managers to define what "exceptional" looks like, build structured scorecards, and calibrate against top performers in the market.
- Proactively identify and pursue top-tier passive candidates rather than relying on inbound pipeline.
- Partner with hiring managers to build structured scorecards and calibrated evaluation criteria before a search begins.
- Use modern sourcing tools and AI to streamline outreach, scheduling, and interviewing - continually refining what works best.
- Curate a candidate experience so strong that people recommend AndHealth to others - including extending approved offers, guiding compensation conversations, and ensuring a smooth handoff to onboarding.
- Move candidates efficiently through the pipeline without compromising on standards.
- Extend approved verbal offers, manage candidate expectations regarding compensation, and efficiently facilitate pre-employment screening and seamless handoffs to onboarding.
- Share what's working, bring new ideas, jump in where needed, and help the entire team continuously improve.
- Use AI to continually evaluate best practices in sourcing and interviewing.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, or high-growth environment.
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
Other Skills or Qualifications:
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding individual hiring targets and sourcing KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a heavy candidate pipeline and prioritize high-volume recruiting activity.
- Hands-on expertise with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and modern sourcing databases (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on candidate candidate responsiveness and clear coordinator handoffs.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving measurable hiring output to support healthcare access.
