Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network and system hardware
Coach less-experienced professionals
Apply diagnostic techniques to identify and resolve problems
Deliver remote support through desktop mirroring and other applications
Address and resolve cloud infrastructure issues reported to the helpdesk

You must be willing to work in the Annapolis Junction, MD area
You must have a current TS/SCI FS clearance
Fifteen (15) years of experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity are required.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional system administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Some of your day-to-day activities will include:
Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
