Full Job Description
Job Description

Are you energized by complex business questions that do not come with an obvious answer? We are looking for a Senior Strategy Analyst who can bring structure to ambiguity, connect insights across multiple areas of the business, and help senior leaders make informed decisions about growth, customers, markets, and commercial performance.

As a member of the Growth and Commercial Strategy team, you will lead high-impact strategy workstreams and evaluate opportunities through market, customer, competitive, financial, operational, and organizational lenses. You will turn complex information into clear insights, practical recommendations, and actionable plans.

This is more than an analytical support role. You will own defined bodies of work, engage directly with senior leaders and cross-functional partners, challenge assumptions, and help shape decisions with enterprise-level impact.

What you will do:
  • Lead strategic analysis for growth, commercialization, customer, and business-transformation initiatives.
  • Turn complex or ambiguous business questions into clear hypotheses, analytical plans, and decision frameworks.
  • Assess markets, customers, competitors, financial performance, commercial capabilities, and operational conditions.
  • Develop business cases, strategic scenarios, investment assessments, and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Lead workstreams involving market assessment, growth strategy, customer strategy, commercialization, go-to-market models, and organizational transformation.
  • Conduct executive and stakeholder interviews, facilitate discovery sessions and workshops, and perform external benchmarking.
  • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative information into concise insights and prioritized recommendations.
  • Build financial and analytical models to evaluate growth opportunities, investments, resource requirements, and strategic alternatives.
  • Collaborate with leaders across commercial, finance, product, operations, customer success, and other functions.
  • Translate strategic recommendations into capabilities, operating requirements, milestones, ownership, and success measures.
  • Create executive-level presentations that clearly communicate findings, choices, tradeoffs, and implications.
  • Help connect decisions across initiatives so that individual actions support broader enterprise objectives.
  • Provide analytical guidance and quality review to other team members when appropriate.

What you Bring

Basic qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, strategy, finance, economics, marketing, analytics, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Five to seven years of relevant experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, business analytics, commercial strategy, finance, or a related field.
  • A demonstrated ability to independently structure and solve complex business problems.
  • Strong quantitative, financial, and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Experience developing business cases, strategic recommendations, and presentations for executive audiences.
  • Sound business judgment and the ability to translate analysis into a clear point of view and recommended action.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • The ability to build relationships, influence without formal authority, and work effectively across organizational levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint or comparable analytical and presentation tools.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, growth strategy, commercial transformation, or go-to-market strategy.
  • Experience with market segmentation, commercialization, customer strategy, operating-model design, organizational effectiveness, or enterprise transformation.
  • Experience presenting recommendations directly to senior executives.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling, scenario planning, benchmarking, and strategic decision frameworks.
  • Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, SaaS, medical technology, or another complex B2B industry.
  • Familiarity with healthcare market-access models, including GPOs, government channels, integrated delivery networks, channel partners, and other intermediaries affecting contracting and customer access.

How will success be measured

You will be successful when your work helps leaders move confidently from ambiguity to action. Your analyses and recommendations will be credible, evidence-based, and practical, and will influence decisions that improve business performance, customer value, and organizational effectiveness.
