  • Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Develop more robust cost metrics and benchmarking capabilities to assist in efforts supporting IT cost management.
    • Identify gaps and provide hands-on development and enablement assistance to application teams technical users.
    • Work closely with Atlassian support in addressing any major upgrades, plug-ins and critical tickets.
    • Automate processes as much as possible using devops practices.
    • Manage users and group permissions of Atlassian Products.
    • Work with teams to set up Confluence Spaces, Jira Projects, and customize Jira Service Management instances.
    • Collaborate with local and offshore development teams to set up development guidelines and best practices using Atlassian Product suite.
    • Create, configure, and maintain JIRA Projects, Jira Workflow , dashboards, add-ons, reports and integration with other tools.
    • Integrate Atlassian Products with other tools including Okta, AD etc.
    • Provide recommendations on Atlassian products, plug-ins, add-on and roadmap features for future enhancements .
    • Configure security for the organization.
    • Monitor the health of the Atlassian Products and proactively identify and troubleshoot issues.

      • Experience in integrating Atlassian Products with Okta/SSO solutions as the identity provider.
      • Experience designing and engineering complex ticketing and/or business process workflows, agile development methodologies.
      • Knowledge of REST APIs and web-hooks for integration purposes.
Strong communication skills and ability to provide training and support to end-users.
