How you'll make an impact in this role- 5+ years building production React applications and strong TypeScript proficiency
- Deep experience with modern React (hooks, Suspense, code-splitting) and a router library. Experience integrating with REST APIs and handling async/loading/error states
- Hands-on experience with a utility-first CSS framework and building/maintaining a design system
- Production experience with a data visualization library (Recharts, D3, Chart.js, or similar)
- Practical web performance optimization experience - and how to measure, implement, and audit WCAG accessibility standards
What minimum requirements you'll needEducation:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'
degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional preferences we're seeking- Experience building a client-facing account/self-service UI (dashboards, document viewers, or similar) that hands off cleanly to a third-party hosted service
- AWS familiarity - S3/CloudFront static hosting, Lambda-backed APIs
- Experience with Vite or comparable modern build tooling
- Prior experience on a team owning production systems post-launch
- Design background or a close working history with designers
