Position Summary:
The Sr Sales Enablement Consultantsupports the sales and customer success teams. Serving as Data & Fortellis subject matter experts, they engage with our Dealer, OEM and ISVcustomers during the land and expand phases to identify pains, surface solution requirementsandprovide solution proposals fordata solutionsfor dealers. They also ensure a smooth transition post-sale to our professional servicesand customer successteams.
Position Responsibilities:
- WorkingwithCDK dealers andCDK internal resources todocument detailed workflows,perform solution reviews, gather resource estimates for proposalsand providesalesopportunity status updates
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all technical questions during the sales cycle
- Presentingworkflows and business caseswith compelling, detailed presentationsto gaininternalgovernance approvals from variousgoverning bodies
- Delivering clear, dynamic technical sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Assisting in market analysis/research for emerging market opportunitiestogrow the business
- Collaborating with Product Marketing and Client Services toenhance/growtechnical knowledge of solutions and services
- Collaborating withProduct Teamstocommunicatecustomer needs and contribute tothe development offuture product offerings
- Migratingdealersfrom legacy sunsetting solutions tonewmodern offeringsincluding APIs,SnowflakeSharing, etc.
- Preparingvarious contracts and/or other technical documentation needed for proposals
- Managing sales opportunitieswithinSalesForceincluding archives ofworkflow documentsand meetingnotes
- Coordinatingwith baseline CDK sales representativesto sell and contract for variousdealerdatasolutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experiencerequired
- AutomotiveIndustry experience is required, DMS (Dealer Management Systems)and Snowflakesharingexperience an absolute plus
- Pre-Sales Technical Consultantexperiencerequired includingpresenting technical SAAS solutions to clients and prospects
- Solidinterpersonal skillsrequired,includingthe ability to successfully interact with a variety ofinternal and externaldepartments and management levels
- Exceptionalwritten and verbal communication skillsrequired, including the ability to develop detailed presentationsandproposals
- Stronganalytical andpresentation skills requiredto consult with dealers and makeproductrecommendations during the sales cycle
- Proactive,self-sufficientmindsetrequired totakeownership of tasks without prompting
- Resourcefulskills required toanticipate challengesandseekanswers across a large network of people and resources
- Accuracy of work andkeenattention to detailis requiredto scope and conductdiscovery sessions with dealers
- Occasionaltravel may be required (<10%)
Compensation: $95,000 - $98,000
