OverviewThis is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of our San Francisco or New York office.
The Sales Advisor is responsible for supporting the
Investor Coverage & Business Development team in key initiatives and client onboarding. This hire will help with pre-engagement prospect research, content creation, prospect prioritization, help support ongoing relationship building with prospects, help support the team with pre and post event support, and drive further efficiency to the team's go-to-market.
ResponsibilitiesSupports team in achieving core KPIs. Build/maintains dashboards; provides updates against KPIs. Responsible for data quality, dashboards, pipeline maintenance, for Series A client acquisition/market share goals. Liaise with sales ops and CRM data stewards. Supports the production of client-facing events hosted by team. Coordinates pre and post event follow-up. Sales campaign coordination.
- Client Support and Communication - Support ICBD colleagues with daily client inquiries, including coordinating responses to questions about letters of credit and credit cards. Develop strong relationships with key market constituents and ecosystem stakeholders (including accelerators & incubator groups) and 3rd party providers. Engage with prospective clients on due diligence, regulatory and information completeness requests.
- Data Management and Analysis - Manage data sources/CRM to identify top prospects. Determine potential cross-sell opportunities and pain-points in the sales process. Input meeting notes by presenting & aggregating relevant information for calls/visits & attend client mtgs to take detailed notes.
- Business Development Support - Assist team with new business development opportunities and strategic initiatives. Utilize Outreach, InMail/ZoomInfo to engage with prospects. Develop and maintain good understanding of SVB's products to anticipate client needs.
- Relationship Management - Map strong client events and network with industry contacts to gain competitive insights and best practices. Maintain relationships with clients and other external stakeholders professionally.
- Administrative and Process Management - Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Take ownership of and drive processes, escalating issues when necessary. Adapt to changing demands and requirements.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree and 1 year of administrative or other professional experience OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of administrative or other professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications:- 2+ years of administrative or other professional experience
- Expert in Pitchbook and Outreach.IO, team's primary resource in assisting teams with these tools

The base pay for this position is relative to your experience, but the range is generally $38.90 - $52.34 per hour. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
