About the Job- Pre-season responsibilities will include providing hindsight input from previous seasons
- Incorporate in-season knowledge to positively affect buy projects
- Partner with planning and merchandising to develop assortment financial plans based on distribution strategy
- In-season, respond to sku demand insights by door through rigorous size analysis
- Fulfill demand through stock-to-sales analysis
- Create regional weather trends
- Conduct cluster analysis
- Make recommendations on product placement, product consolidation and sell-through opportunities
- Communicate with production to ensure optimal execution resulting in maximizing store trends and sell-through successes, and minimizing markdown and liability
- Help with model stock management and model revisions
- Post-season, recap and assess store performance based on the execution of distribution initiatives and report key market hindsight's best practices
- You will report to the Sr. Manager, DTC Planning
About You- Bachelor's Degree, however a combination of college education and related work experience may be used as a substitute
- Minimum 3 years of wholesale or retail experience in planning
- Display the ability to grow a store and consumer segment to classification resulting in a positive Return on investment for the business
- Project management abilities with systems expertise
- Flexibility with regards to job responsibilities
- Customer service oriented
- Communicate across all channels with an ability to get the message across
- Must demonstrate a positive, helpful demeanor and a passion and interest in LS & Co.
This is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $92,300 - $120,000 per yearWe may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
