Position Overview

The Sr. Release Manager owns the end-to-end lifecycle of feature and service releases across the Success Offerings portfolio. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing releases spanning new features, experience updates, service changes, and process or policy updates.

This role ensures releases are delivered in a predictable, coordinated, and high-quality manner by driving cross-functional alignment across Success Offerings, field teams, engineering, and more. The Sr. Release Manager also ensures teams are fully prepared for launch and that releases are executed with minimal risk and disruption.

Responsibilities

  • Own release planning, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies across Success Offerings

  • Manage the full release lifecycle from design, build, test, and launch

  • Maintain a centralized release roadmap in partnership with Offering Managers and other Release Managers

  • Plan and manage release windows and cycles

  • Lead Go-Live activities, including execution of launch and communication plans

  • Ensure cross-functional readiness (testing, pilots, documentation, support preparedness)

  • Conduct release readiness, milestone, and Go/No-Go reviews

  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks impacting release scope, timeline, or quality

  • Drive resolution of cross-functional issues and dependencies

  • Ensure customer and business risks are clearly documented with mitigation plans

  • Serve as the central point of coordination across teams

  • Communicate release plans, timelines, changes, and status to stakeholders

  • Provide regular release reporting and updates

  • Continuously improve release management processes, tools, and operating rhythms

Responsabilits
  • Assurer la planification des mises en production, incluant les che9anciers, jalons et de9pendances travers les Success Offerings

  • Ge9rer lensemble du cycle de vie des mises en production, de la conception la construction, aux essais et au lancement

  • Maintenir une feuille de route centralise9e des mises en production en partenariat avec les gestionnaires doffres et les autres gestionnaires des mises en production

  • Planifier et ge9rer les feneatres et cycles de mise en production

  • Diriger les activits de mise en service (Go-Live), incluant lexc9cution des plans de lancement et de communication

  • Assurer la pre9paration interfonctionnelle (tests, projets pilotes, documentation, pre9paration du soutien)

  • Effectuer les revues de pre9paration des mises en production, des jalons et les valuations Go/No-Go

  • Identifier, suivre et atte9nuer les risques ayant une incidence sur la porte9e, lche9ancier ou la qualite9 des mises en production

  • Favoriser la re9solution des enjeux et dependances interfonctionnels

  • Veiller ce que les risques pour les clients et lentreprise soient clairement documents avec des plans datte9nuation

  • Agir comme point central de coordination entre les quipes

Qualifications minimales
  • Minimum de 5 annes dexpc9rience en gestion de programmes, gestion des mises en production, opc9rations produit ou rf4les connexes

  • Capacit dmontre9e gérer des initiatives complexes et interfonctionnelles dans un environnement matriciel

  • Excellentes comptences organisationnelles et dexc9cution avec une grande attention aux dtails

  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et capacit simplifier des informations complexes

  • Capacit influencer sans autorit hirarchique et favoriser lalignement entre les parties prenantes

Qualifications souhaites
