Job Description Summary

Position Overview
The Senior Recruiter will serve as a strategic talent partner for Sunbelt Rentals' Support Office functions, partnering closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting corporate staffing initiatives across a variety of shared services and functional areas. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships, and delivers an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Position Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Partner with Support Office leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates to ensure an excellent recruitment experience.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on recruiting activity, hiring progress, and key talent acquisition metrics.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert within the Talent Acquisition team, supporting and mentoring Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators as needed.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality talent for corporate functions.
  • Manage job postings, recruitment advertising, and other sourcing channels to drive candidate flow.
  • Partner with Human Resources teams, including HR Business Partners, Training & Development, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition leadership.
  • Ensure recruiting processes align with company policies, employment regulations, and hiring best practices.


Requirements & Education
  • 4-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or third-party recruiting environment.
  • Demonstrated success supporting professional, corporate, or shared services hiring within a fast-paced organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Experience with talent acquisition and talent management concepts, including competencies, talent assessments, succession planning, workforce planning, and employee development.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliant hiring practices.
  • Ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders through a consultative and customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.


Physical Demands:
Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work. Base Pay Range: $74,501.00 - 102,438.60

You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date. Sunbelt offers team members the following paid time off from work, subject to Sunbelt's policies (unless specified in a collective bargaining agreement):
