BGE is looking for a true hunter of experienced talent to be based in one of these Texas offices: Round Rock, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, The Woodlands, Dallas, Frisco, or Fort Worth.
Responsibilities:
Managing and executing full lifecycle recruiting of experienced civil engineering, environmental, landscape architecture, CAD, and Survey professionals and the occasional shared services/corporate position.
Responsible for recruiting senior-level professionals for leadership and strategic positions in addition to recruiting for staff-level roles.
Develop and establish recruiting strategies and processes aligned with company-wide, regional, and departmental goals.
Drive recruiting strategies to establish and grow candidate pipelines for current and projected hiring needs.
Build and maintain proactive partnerships with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners in order to better understand their business, manage their staffing needs, and offer ideas, solutions, and tools.
Creatively develop, execute, and/or assist with a variety of recruiting projects and initiatives.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university highly preferred; High school diploma required.
Must have a minimum of 10 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a recruiting agency or in-house recruiting department sourcing for engineers or similar technical professionals; civil engineering recruiting experience is a huge plus.
Demonstrated experience successfully sourcing, recruiting, and hiring for hard-to-fill positions in Engineering or similar technical fields, including executive or other senior-level roles.
Expert-level proficiency with various recruiting tools, including applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter; AI tools preferred.
