As a
Sr Quality Manager Lean Sensei - Operational Excellence, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders on Lean thinking and enterprise transformation.
- Designing and facilitating high-impact Kaizen events, value stream mapping sessions, and problem-solving workshops.
- Assessing organizational maturity and readiness for Lean transformation and developing tailored roadmaps.
- Building internal capabilities by mentoring Lean leaders, facilitators, and change agents.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement through structured coaching, training, and hands-on support.
- Leading diagnostics and benchmarking to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Ensuring alignment of Lean initiatives with strategic business objectives and KPIs.
- Sharing best practices across business units and contributing to the evolution of the Lean operating system.
To be successful in this role you will:- Have a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
- Have 10+ years of experience in Lean transformation, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Have certification as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent; Shingijutsu or Toyota Production System experience is a plus.
- Have a proven track record of leading enterprise-level Lean initiatives with measurable results.
- Have strong facilitation, coaching, and change management skills.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across all organizational levels.
- Have willingness to travel to Minden, NV & as needed to support global operations.

The annual pay scale for this position is between $156,600.00 - $290,940.00.
Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above.
