Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; 8-12 years of relevant experience considered in lieu of education.
• Preferred PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with Agile Project Management methodologies (SAFE, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Familiarity with Project Portfolio Management, Prioritization, or Governance and working within a Project Management Office.
• Proficient in PPM tools for effective project planning and execution.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to manage projects using PMI best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project leadership to plan and execute complex projects.
• Coordinate efforts across projects and teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Act as subject matter expert in project management process improvement and strategic planning.
• Navigate complex issues requiring detailed analysis and evaluate variable factors.
• Determine methods and procedures for new assignments, coordinating activities of other personnel.
• Provide guidance and assistance to staff with complex tasks.
• Support a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
