The Recruiting Operations Center (ROC) organization is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to own and drive program governance and operational execution across the unified ROC structure. You will be responsible for two key work streams. The first, ROC-Level Program Governance, encompasses bi-weekly portfolio reviews, status consolidation, capacity tracking, and executive reporting for Amazon Talent Acquisition leadership. The second work stream supports the Analytics teams by driving operational execution, including intake management, prioritization, progress tracking, and dependency management across stakeholders.

- Standardize program management workflows to ensure consistency and reduce ad hoc coordination
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and reporting templates that enable self-service visibility

- Operate across Tech and Program teams, facilitating alignment and driving consensus among diverse technical and business stakeholders
- Proactively escalate risks, blockers, and misalignments to maintain momentum and avoid late-stage surprises
- Build trust through consistent delivery, transparent communication, and reliable follow-through

On a typical day, you may facilitate a portfolio review with cross-functional leadership, triage and prioritize incoming intake requests for the Analytics teams, coordinate dependency resolution across partner teams, consolidate status updates into executive reporting, and drive sprint planning to ensure delivery commitments are on track. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring that governance mechanisms run smoothly while operational teams maintain focus on their technical roadmap.
