As
Sr. Program Manager III, you'll provides a wide array of Information Technology (IT) oriented services to its 4,000 customers. These services include: incident and request support; conducting program analysis and studies; developing, operating, and maintaining IT systems and applications; maintaining vigilance with regard to information assurance including compliance with the Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA).
What you'll do:- Oversee the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities.
- Seek and develop outside funding sources, serves as principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters, and provide day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.
- Develop work breakdown structures, prepare charts, tables, graphs and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems
- Be the primary point of contact to the government Program Office on all contractual and operational tasks.
What you'll need to succeed:- Active DoD Secret security clearance
- 10+ years overall Program Management experience within the Federal IT sector.
- You currently hold an active Program Management Professional Certificate
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
SALARY RANGE: $130,000 - $140,000
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
- The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
- The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
- Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
- This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
- Performance-based bonuses
- Company-paid training and/or certifications
- Referral bonuses
