The Senior Program Manager Clinical Chemistry & Immunoassay will manage all aspects of assay development core teams, consistently exceeding expectations in delivering programs on time and within budget while maintaining quality as our first priority.
This position reports to the Senior Director of Program Management, Clinical Chemistry Immunoassay, and is part of the CCIA Program Management Team located in Chaska, Minnesota, and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Drive high-impact, business-critical programs utilizing Danaher Business System (DBS) tools and methodologies to ensure operational excellence in efficiency, quality, budget, schedule and resource optimization to achieve Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives.
- Lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams through shared purpose and project goals—leveraging advanced leadership, communication, influence, cross-cultural awareness, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to consistently meet objectives.
- Foster robust cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders across Manufacturing, Engineering, Research & Development, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, and other functional groups to ensure seamless program execution.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related field with preference for 14 plus years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with preference for 12+ years’ experience.
- Strong motivational leadership and executive communication skills with the ability to influence others without direct authority.
- Prefer 5+ years in program or project management
- Ability to travel is required (domestic and internationally) up to 25% of time
It would be a plus if you also possess:
- MBA and / or advanced degree
- Project management Professional (PMP) certification or similar certification
- Experience with Clinical Chemistry & Immunoassay diagnostic products, including systems (software & hardware) and reagents
- Experience with Danaher Business System (DBS)

The annual salary range for this role is $160,000-$175,000. This range reflects what we, in good faith, believe to be a reasonable estimate of compensation for this role at the time of posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
