The Senior Leave of Absence & Accommodations Specialist supports the administration of employee leaves of absence such as FMLA, ADA, PWFA, state, and local regulations. and owns the end-to-end administration of workplace accommodation cases across the enterprise, applying advanced judgment to navigate complex, high-risk, and legally sensitive situations. This role will work directly with associates, managers, HR stakeholders, the Labor & Employee Relations Center of Excellence (7ER COE8),A0LegalA0and other functions to ensure consistent, compliantA0outcomesA0in accordance withA0internal policy and applicable law.A0

The essential requirements of the job includeA0

• Bachelor
  9s degree or equivalent experience.A0A0

• 5+ years in leave of absence administration, accommodations, or HR generalist work with a strongA0leave/ADA focus.A0A0

• In-depth, demonstrable knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PWFA, state/local leave laws, and disabilityA0programs.A0A0

• Substantial experienceA0engaging in the accommodations interactive process withA0a wide range of stakeholders.A0

• Proven ability to independently analyze and resolve complex, ambiguous, high-risk cases with soundA0judgment and influence business decisions.A0A0

Theannualsalary range for this role is $93,000 - $135, 000 USD.This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
