What you'll doAs the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Agreement Manager, you will own the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and adoption for a foundational feature of Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform. Docusign Agreement Manager is an intelligent repository, powered by our AI engine, Docusign Iris. It centralizes executed agreements and automatically transforms them into searchable, actionable data. You will serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the challenges our customers face managing their agreements, and where Docusign delivers value. You will identify priority use cases where we have a right to win and improve the user adoption journey. As a trusted advisor, you'll provide our field teams with the insights and resources needed to close enterprise deals, overcome trust barriers, and expand adoption of our Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Platform Product Marketing.
Responsibility- Own the end-to-end value proposition, differentiated messaging, and customer-facing narrative for Agreement Manager within the broader Docusign IAM platform
- Drive cross-functional GTM launches for new Agreement Manager capabilities, creating product Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensuring operational alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Success
- Partner with Sales Enablement to equip global field and partner teams with the pitch decks, demos, competitive battlecards, and training required to effectively showcase Agreement Manager's value
- Uncover actionable customer usage insights and persona pain points to optimize the buyer journey, drive feature adoption, and feed critical user feedback directly into the Product Management roadmap
- Partner with Growth and Field Marketing to build integrated acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell campaigns targeting key industries and buying personas
- Serve as a core subject matter expert, crafting narratives and delivering presentations for customer conferences, partner summits, and executive briefings
Job DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bringBasic- 8+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space, with a proven track record of managing high-growth products or platform portfolios
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience building and executing cross-functional go-to-market strategies, product launch bills of materials (BOM), and sales enablement frameworks for enterprise revenue teams
- Experience using data for customer insights and recommendations
- Experience simplifying complex, technical topics for non-technical audiences
Preferred- MBA from top tier school or work equivalent
- Highly collaborative, enthusiastic, open, proactive, and results-driven
- Self-starter who can accomplish projects with minimal need for supervision
Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $146,400.00 - $235,375.00 base salary
Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $140,100.00 - $197,925.00 base salary
Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $140,100.00 - $206,775.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for the following:
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
- Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
